Hotel Almond Business & SPA

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. The hotel is near the city center, you can walk to places of interest. There were no problems with parking. The hotel has its own guarded parking lot, paid only. But you can leave it on the street near the hotel, free of charge. There were places, there were no problems finding a place to park the car. I really liked the hotel room, it's great that it has a small balcony. It was possible to sit quietly on the balcony and drink coffee. The staff is very kind and helpful. When booking a hotel room, I asked for additional room decoration. I ordered flowers, champagne, sweets, as it was supposed to be a surprise for my wife on her birthday. We arrived late at night, but my request was fulfilled, everything was beautifully decorated, the surprise for my wife was successful. Thanks to the hotel staff. Breakfast was just perfect. We're not picky, but this was one of the best breakfasts we've had in hotels of this level. The choice of food is large. It was surprising that you could drink champagne for breakfast. It was like another surprise, since it was my wife's birthday, we had a glass of champagne each. Breakfast was perfect :). The spa area of ​​the hotel is not something special, but it is very fun that after a day's walk, you could calmly swim in the pool, sit in the sauna or in jacuzzi. The water in the pool was warm enough. I had booked a massage for my wife. There was a little misunderstanding due to the fault of the staff, because the massage did not take place at the booked time. But we agreed on another time. The staff apologized, gave a big discount for the massage and also gave gifts to the wife. This shows the professionalism of the staff to solve the issues that arise flexibly. In summary, it can be said that the quality of the hotel exceeds the price.

Very good breakfast, large choice, specially for cakes, great pancakes, confortable bed and superior room have good equipments, well cleaned, swimming pool and spa open from 8am to 9pm, 10pm weekend Smiling and caring staff, good service.

Great location, very good breakfasts with wide choice, SPA zone with swimming pool, two saunas and jacuzzi, very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Everything was clean and neat. Stuff was good, they speak English and are supportive.

The spa facilities in the hotel were amazing. Enjoyed using the spa before we set off out for the day. The superior room was bigger and better than expected. Staff seemed friendly. Who spoke very good English. The bar staff were the best. Worked really hard and always had a smile on their faces. Making me random cocktails. Kuba was a young bar man who is a credit to the team. Will be coming back !

SPA was great, the massage was of good quality and the food in the restaurant was delicious. I appreciated that the restaurant worked late.
